Today I had lunch at my favorite sushi bar, Kojiro, located at Rechte Wienzeile 9.

I have to be honest with you, so I’ll be clear and precise: This sushi tastes like the one I had in Japan (during my visit in 2004). 

Prices are acceptable for sushi (9.10€ for a Sake Set of 6 salmon suhsi + 6 salmon maki). If you just wanna pick it up for take away hit them on +43 1 5866233‎ !

So if you have an occasion, like a finished exam, or something, you gotta check it out!

These two girls are indeed cheating on New York. I stumbled across them by accident almost a year ago when a friend invited me for a coffee. And there they were: Two girls and a cello!

Now you can finally hear them play their mixture of Blues, Soul, cabaret and a considerable amount of cuteness again. Take a few minutes to check out their obligatory MySpace-Profile and listen to a few songs (I especially recommend ‘Consumtion’ and ‘Don’t You Have A Place To Go?’).

So…will I see you on Saturday 20:30 at Cafe Kafka?

Improvised theater is a form of acting that happens instantly, spontaneously, without script or prepared characters.

At the moment there’s an interesting contest going on called “Besetzungscouch”, a format where young improv newcomers challenge each other and start being awesome together.

Besetzungscouch was created by Triple5 (Gordana Crnko, Jim Libby und Nina Wallisch), of Theater Drachengasse  at Fleischmarkt 22 A 1010 Vienna.

We are back from Budapest and have new updates for you. This is a project we are really excited about: The Vienna Student Food Directory or vsfd. Anyone who has been to London, Barca, Leiden or almost any other university city in Europe will know the experience: You walk down a street, maybe you even walk out if the university, and there are neat food places every step of the way. You’ve got places like hummus bros or Wok to Walk. So where is the Viennese hummus bros? It almost seems that whenever a students asks the question “Where do we go?”, the inevitable answer is: “McDonalds. Or Billa?”
